In order to start seriously touring homes and making offers you will need to apply for a credit approved (“Pre-Approval Letter”). Once your application has

been submitted, we will review your information and confirm the loan programs and Purchase amount you qualify for. The application typically takes approximately 15 minutes, and can be completed online or by phone. The application requires information such as your income, credit, down payment, assets etc.
