As the Founder and CEO of Lazerus Properties, a vertically integrated brokerage and lending platform established in 2018, Steven serves investors, business owners, and high-net-worth clients throughout California. He has a proven track record of generating hundreds of millions in transaction volume while building scalable brokerage operations and compliance infrastructure.

Raised in San Diego, Steven developed an early passion for real estate by observing his family operate a successful brokerage in Rancho Santa Fe, California. He went on to graduate from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business with a focus in Real Estate, later spending over a decade in the lending sector with Fortune 500 companies before launching his own firm.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Steven has traveled extensively around the world, sharing his biblical faith in Asia and leading business workshops in Africa.
