As a licensed attorney and real estate agent, Leontyne Fan Lazerus owns and serves as the in-house counsel for Lazerus Properties alongside her husband Steven Lazerus.
Leontyne also manages her own law firm, Lazerus Law (www.LazerusLaw.com), which is a firm that specializes in litigating contractual disputes, obtaining trademark registrations, and drafting living trusts and wills. Prior to founding Lazerus Law, Leontyne represented international businesses and individuals in both California state and federal courts. As the first chair attorney at trials, Leontyne obtained favorable jury and non-jury verdicts for her clients in business and intellectual property litigation.
Leontyne is admitted to practice in the State of California, United States District Court in the Northern, Central, and Southern District of California, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
